All our surf lessons are run on beaches local to the Padstow area. Rideable surf is a temperamental thing so we will choose a location suitable for the lesson on the day.

For first timers we run the introductory course that covers the important aspects of water safety, the basic techniques of catching a wave and controlling the board while riding the wave.

This  course  lasts  approximately

2 1/2  hours and includes all the equipment you will need. we cater for all ages, from 8 to 85!!. Please note we require the parents to attend with children under 10 (you don't have to get wet though, unless you want to!).

Price £25.00 per person

 We run our courses with a maximum of 8 people per instructor. This ensures you get the maximum attention and personal tutoring throughout the lesson.

For those that wish to go further we run a series of 3 courses that will teach more advanced surfing techniques. Each lesson will progress your ability and understanding of water safety, surf etiquette, fitness and a variety of surfing manoeuvres.

As before the lesson lasts approximately 2 1/2 hours and all equipment is provided.
